Health Science Professionals work as social program officers, environmental health officers, public health inspectors, occupational therapists, medical laboratory technologists, recreation therapists and more. Improvements to wages to keep up with the cost of living as well as benefits and pensions will be the top bargaining issues BCGEU members will bring to the table with the other unions of the Health Science Professionals Bargaining Association (HSPBA).
